Payment by card happens in the app: after signing in open the Plan section, pick monthly or yearly and press Pay. Paddle is the merchant of record and emails the invoice.
You can look around the app before paying, with no sign-up: open the example
- A channel is one messenger account connected to dmhive: a Telegram bot, an Instagram account or a Facebook page. You can build as many draft bots as you like; a channel is taken by every connected account, even while its bot is switched off. Disconnect a channel to free the slot.
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies in your country, is calculated at checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record and issues the invoice.
- A contact is a person who has messaged your bot at least once. When you run out of contacts the bot keeps answering everyone already there, and new people stop being recorded; we warn you a week ahead.
- Telegram and Instagram Direct work today. WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, the remaining Meta channels, are separate stages with no dates, and they are not part of any plan until they work.
- On the free plan the bot is built and checked in the simulator, but it is not launched into a messenger: a live bot runs on paid plans.
- AI answers to open questions currently work only in the flow preview inside the app. In the bot itself, buttons, the price list and the business facts do the answering.
- Nothing is charged on top of the subscription today. The terms keep the right to charge for volumes that cost us money: messages in channels where Meta bills per message, and AI answers. If that ever appears, you will see the price before switching it on.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time by writing to support@dmhive.io or via the link in Paddle's email; the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Within 14 days of payment we refund you with no questions asked: write to support@dmhive.io and the money goes back the way it came. After a refund access to paid features stops.
