Your bot is built from your own chats
You upload a chat export. We read the conversations and assemble a scenario: the same questions, your same answers. Then you edit whatever you like and launch.
free chat analysis · no code · launch in an evening
What happens after the upload
Builders start from a diagram or a template you fill in yourself. We start from what you already have: your chat history.
You upload a chat export
Instagram or Telegram. You make the export inside the messenger itself. Photos and videos we discard immediately and read only the text.
We read the conversations
We look at what customers ask most often and how you answer them. We collect facts about the business: prices, delivery, working hours. Phone numbers and addresses are stripped before we begin.
You get a bot and a report
The scenario opens in the builder. Change any phrase and check it right away in the simulator. Next to it, a report on what people ask and how often.
What four months of chats reveal
This is an analysis of a small food delivery shop's account: an Instagram export covering four months of 2026, 77 conversations. Your export produces the same kind of report with your own numbers.
A similar analysis of a made-up business is open in full: the flow, the price list, the business facts and the chat simulator, no sign-up. Its numbers are illustrative. Open the example
More than a bot
The bot replies, and then what? You need to fix a phrase, update a price and get all of it live yourself, with no developer.
We take the scenario from your real conversations, not from a template. The bot speaks in your tone and your words.
The bot as a map: messages, buttons, conditions, pauses. Drag, rewrite, check, publish.
Prices, delivery and working hours come from a table built out of your own chats, not made up on the spot. Fix a line with the mouse and the bot answers the new way straight away.
In Telegram you paste the token from @BotFather, in Instagram you connect the account with a button. Publish with one button; draft edits leave the live bot alone, and rollback and disconnect sit right there.
Telegram and Instagram are live
The bot answers in Telegram and in Instagram Direct. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and web chat are separate stages with no dates yet: the Meta channels are connected one at a time.
Per channel, and on exporting
Short pages on how this works in each messenger and how to export a chat.
Works today: a token from @BotFather, a flow from your own history, launch the same day.
Replies in direct messages and to comments. A flow from your own chats, the account connects from the app.

What people usually ask
If your question is not here, write to us on Telegram or by email, both are at the bottom of the page.
Which messengers work already?
Telegram and Instagram Direct. In Telegram the platform itself issues the bot token, in Instagram you connect the account with a button in the app. WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, the remaining Meta channels, are separate stages with no dates.
How do I export a chat?
The messenger gives you the export. In Instagram it is «Download your information» in account settings, in Telegram it is the export in the desktop app. Those are the two formats the service reads. Only text matters: it drops photos and video while reading the archive.
Do you store my conversations?
The uploaded archive is kept for no longer than 7 days: it is used to build the bot and to check analysis quality, then deleted; in the demo that needs no signup it is deleted right after the session. No models are trained on it. Phone numbers, addresses and names are replaced with anonymised placeholders before the text reaches a language model. The main storage is in Germany. Details are in the privacy policy.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. A flow looks like a map: messages, buttons, conditions and pauses. You move and rewrite them with the mouse and check the result in the dialogue simulator before publishing.
How long does it take to launch?
Parsing the export takes minutes. Then you read the flow, adjust the wording and connect a channel. On the analyses we ran ourselves this took an evening.
How much does it cost?
The free plan gives one trial run over your chats per month, the flow editor and the dialogue simulator: you can build the bot, adjust it and check it in conversation. In the trial run the simulator carries a watermark and the flow cannot be downloaded; paid plans give the full run. Launching a live bot in a messenger runs on paid plans, which start at $21 per month; the full price list is on the pricing page. You pay by card in the app, monthly or yearly with a 20% discount.
